Message	LN2 is colder than CO2 (77K/-196C/-321F vs 216K/-57C/-71F), so would be a better choice. Hard to obtain, unless you have certain connections. Stays as a liquid for a long time when compressed to 30psi... LN2 is cheap (about a quarter for a litre). I'll keep you all posted...
